Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order. Orders leave within 1-2 business days and arrive in 6-10 business days in total.

How the timing breaks down

The 6-10 business days are made of two parts: 1-2 business days to pick, pack and hand the parcel over, then 5-8 business days in transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon starts its clock on the Monday.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed over. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. If it has not arrived by the end of the 6-10-day window, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it.

Where we ship

We deliver to the following 4 countries. The checkout accepts addresses there only, so this list is the whole of it — nothing is hidden behind a surcharge.

Prices are in USD and shipping is free. Where customs duties apply on arrival, they are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Damaged in transit

The jar is glass and it travels a long way, so it is packed for it. If it arrives broken anyway, send us a photo within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you — the full terms are on the refund page, and return postage is on us.
